What is Andy’s Man Club?
Andy’s Man Club is a men’s suicide prevention charity, offering free peer-to-peer support groups across the UK. Andy’s Man Club want to end the stigma surrounding men’s mental health and help men through the power of conversation. They want men to know that it’s ok to talk.
What happens at an Andy’s Man Club meeting?
At Andy’s Man Club every Monday night except Bank Holidays “It’s OK to Talk” as that is what Monday nights are about.
Having a safe, non-judgmental space to talk is essential if we want to reduce the growing statistic that one man takes his own life every two hours.
Remember to join on Monday nights from 18:45hrs – 21:00hrs at Ripon Bowling Club HG4 1QW.
